Edith Reed was "Aunt Edythe" to my Sister, my Brother and myself since birth; and she became "Aunt Edythe" to our spouses and children as well. She was our Mother's best friend since High School, and my Sister's Godmother (I always wished she was mine too!); but most importantly, she was an integral and cherished part of our family. She was always there (and a very big part of) every graduation, wedding, anniversary, baby shower, retirement, etc.; and they wouldn't have seemed complete without her. I can always remember being excited when she was coming, and sad to see her leave. She was a loving, generous and beautiful person, and we were blessed to have her in our lives. She was our "Aunt Edythe", and we will cherish the memories we have of her, and miss her, for the rest of our lives. Richard, Tammy, Richard II and Brittany Beadle
