Sadly, on Tuesday, May 3, 2011 Dorothy entered into eternal life. Survived by her devoted husband, Richard, she will be sorely missed by her two loving sons, Richard (Kathleen) and Christopher. Her only sibling, a brother, John (Candace) also survives her. She was a "special Mom" to her beloved dogs, Candy, Pepper, Stormy and Cali.

Dorothy was born in New York City to John and Eileen (Pat) Storey on October 20, 1942. She, and her brother John, grew up in Manhattan and enjoyed many of the childhood memories of "the neighborhood".

When she wasn't caring for her family, including her beloved dogs, Dorothy enjoyed crocheting and collecting Beanie Babies.. She also enjoyed using her vast computer skills to click away and surf and visit the many, many sites she enjoyed so much.

Services for Dorothy are in keeping with the families' wishes and are private.
